What to Include
So we can help quickly, tell us:
- the email address of the Google account you sign in with,
- which video it’s about (a screenshot or the time you made it helps),
- what went wrong, or what you expected instead.
Common Requests
- A video that came out wrong. If a finished video has a problem, email support@uptownfunk.org and we’ll refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve only used part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded in money too. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically.
- Credits and payments. Questions about packs, Stripe receipts or your balance.
- Privacy. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Finished videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them, or the whole account; just email us.
- Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Uptown Funk AI uses your image without permission, email us the details and we’ll look into it.
