Terms of Service

The rules for using Uptown Funk AI: accounts, what you may upload, credits, refunds and your videos.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Uptown Funk AI website at https://uptownfunk.org (“Uptown Funk AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

The Service

Uptown Funk AI is an independent AI video tool for making your own clip in the style of the viral “Uptown Funk” AI trend from your photos. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars, their record labels, 20th Century Fox / Disney, ByteDance, TikTok, X, Gary Lau or any creator whose clip is shown on the site.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. One account per person. You must be 18 or older to use Uptown Funk AI, and you are responsible for everything done with your account.

What You May Upload

  • Only photos you own or have permission to use.
  • Only adults (18+) or pets. No photos of minors.
  • No celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
  • Nothing sexual, hateful or misleading.

You are responsible for what you upload and for what you share.

Sharing Your Video

Label your clip as AI-generated when you post it, and don’t present it as real footage of anyone.

Your Videos

Videos have no watermark. You may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on your own social media accounts.

AI Results

The service is provided “as is”. Results vary between renders, and we don’t guarantee that a video will look a particular way. Review your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits are sold in one-time packs, not subscriptions, with prices in USD and payments processed by Stripe: Single $9.90 (20 credits), Trio $19.90 (60 credits), Crew $29.90 (100 credits). Each 15-second video costs 20 credits. Credits never expire.

Refunds

If a finished video has a problem, email support@uptownfunk.org and we’ll refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve only used part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded in money too. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically.

Suspension

We may refuse requests, block generations, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
