What Uptown Funk AI stores, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Uptown Funk AI website at https://uptownfunk.org (“Uptown Funk AI”, “we”, “us”) handles your information.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: the email address and name from the Google account you sign in with.
  2. Photos you upload: the one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces (or pets) shown in them.
  3. Generated videos: the clips we make for you, with related details such as their status and when they were made.
  4. Payment records: the packs you buy and their payment status, as received from Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  5. Usage data: how the site is used, collected with Google Analytics (for example pages visited and device or browser type).

How We Use Information

We use your information to make and deliver the videos you ask for, to process payments and credits, and to answer support requests. Your photos are only used to make your video. We do not sell your personal data, your photos or your videos.

AI Processing

To make your video, your photos are sent to the AI model provider that renders the clip. The AI provider doesn’t keep your photos.

How Long We Keep It

  • Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • Generated videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
  • Your account stays until you ask us to delete it, together with your videos.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember where a visitor first came from (kept for 30 days). We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use Uptown Funk AI. Don’t upload photos of minors.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing support@uptownfunk.org. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
